What an honor. I was overwhelmed to hear that I had been selected by Kópavogur to be the Town Artist or Bæjarlistamaður. It's awarded to an artist each year and involves working with the community to enrich the lives of the residents through creativity. I haven't decided exactly how I'm going to go about that, but I'll be posting updates here as the process develops. For now I'm just trying to keep this flower arrangement alive as long as possible. =)
